Your personal data are processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95 / 46 / WE (Official Journal No. 119, p. 1) (hereinafter also "RODO") and other current regulations, i.e. throughout the entire period of data processing, legal provisions on the protection of personal data for the purpose of sales contracts, commercial cooperation and business transactions.
 

4. Recipients of personal data may be employees or collaborators of the data controller who should have access to data in connection with the implementation of sales contracts and commercial transactions.

5. Personal data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of entities authorized under the law, a tax advisory firm with whom the Data Controller cooperates and to cooperate to implement sales contracts, commercial cooperation and business transactions with which the Data Controller has a signed contract entrusting the processing of personal data as well as courier companies and providing transport services in order to deliver the parcel to the address indicated by you.

6. The submission of personal data is not mandatory, but it is necessary for the execution of the order received from the data subject or from the employees of the data subject.

7. The administrator makes every effort to ensure all means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against their accidental or deliberate destruction, accidental loss, change, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations. The administrator ensures full security with special regard to the right to privacy protection. For this purpose, it collects only the necessary minimum information necessary for the implementation of sales contracts, commercial cooperation and business transactions received from data subjects, ie: name, surname, shipping address, telephone number, e-mail address, invoice data. We ensure that, to secure the above data, we apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of security corresponding to the risks associated with the processing of personal data referred to in Article. 32 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.

8. In relation to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
 - requests from the Administrator to access your personal data,
 - require the Administrator to correct your personal data,
 - requests from the Administrator to delete your personal data (right to be forgotten),
 - requests from the Administrator to limit the processing of your personal data,
 - object to the processing of your personal data,
 - transferring your personal data,
 - lodging a complaint to the supervisory body.
